Organized Play Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to create engaging player programs.

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale events and tournaments.

• Partner with the Organized Play team to deliver the feature roadmap for the program.

• Manage the Organized Play-specific inventory to ensure adequate coverage at events.

• Conduct weekly program development meetings with the Organized Play team and other stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Web Developers to prioritize, scope, and implement web features that support the program’s growth.

• Work with partners to build strategic business relationships that enhance community programs.

• Directly oversee alignment across competition production, operations, player management, and program design to guarantee consistent experiences across all our games.

• Develop and expand an Organized Play strategy that fosters a casual and competitive ecosystem aligned with brand objectives, player growth, and regional engagement goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the TCG game industry and/or Board game industry.

• Demonstrated experience in sales, supply chain, event planning, customer service, community management, or related fields.

• Strong understanding of the TCG/CCG Organized Play industry and player community within the US market.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to work independently and proactively in a flexible and evolving role.

• Ability to provide leadership and guidance at all organizational levels.
