This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Engage in consultations with customers and fulfill requests for specialized services such as mediation, coaching, gender diversity support, workplace assessments, and tailored learning materials.
• Oversee a substantial portfolio of clients and assist in choosing appropriate Workplace Intervention services and parameters.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide guidance on recommended solutions or options.
• Manage project delivery from contract negotiation to case closure.
• Follow up on customer requests that have not yet been transitioned into active cases.
• Recruit for the Service Provider Network as necessary.
• Coach and advise Service Providers on both standard and non-standard service offerings.
• Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction results.
• Review, amend, and rectify month-end billing submissions from service providers, and input billing data into the case management platform.
• Research and refresh content for presentations and training sessions.
• Conduct educational workshops or departmental information sessions when applicable.
• Support the development of systems, products, and processes that ensure exceptional service quality.
• Suggest new Organizational Wellness presentations or services.
• Participate in team meetings, taking on coordination and record-keeping responsibilities.
• Incorporate sustainable practices into business operations.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Psychology, Sociology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Health and Wellness.
• 3-5 years of experience in creating content for educational sessions and workshops.
• Proficient in both English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 2-5 years of experience providing solution-oriented consultation to decision makers within customer organizations.
• Relevant experience in sales and/or account management would be highly advantageous.
• Preferred knowledge in Psychology or Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Mediation, Wellness, Organizational Development, HR, Sales, and/or Account Health and Management.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and video conferencing platforms.
• Excellent and verifiable customer management abilities.
• Creativity, resourcefulness, and initiative are essential.
• Strong capacity to work collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to deliver seamless customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
