This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Develop, implement, sustain, and evaluate global systems training for essential clinical and enterprise technology platforms.
• Act as the primary learning partner for Medidata and Certinia.
• Convert intricate workflows, compliance mandates, release updates, and business processes into straightforward, role-specific learning experiences.
• Spearhead learning and enablement strategies for system implementations, releases, enhancements, new module introductions, onboarding, refresher training, remediation, and ongoing support.
• Take ownership of the training strategy in collaboration with system owners and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with EPMO, IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, Project Operations, Quality, Security, SMEs, and business leaders to validate audiences, learning goals, content readiness, approvals, and training schedules.
• Create, deliver, and maintain comprehensive learning journeys, curricula, job aids, quick reference guides, facilitator materials, eLearning modules, videos, workshops, office hours, practice activities, assessments, and performance-support resources.
• Facilitate global end-user training, demonstrations, train-the-trainer sessions, stakeholder briefings, learner communications, adoption support, and remediation efforts.
• Ensure that training materials are correctly assigned, published, version controlled, easily discoverable, and reportable within the Worldwide Learning Center or its successor learning platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Communications, Information Technology, Clinical Operations, Life Sciences, or a related field; equivalent experience may be accepted.
• Over 7 years of experience in learning, training, instructional design, systems enablement, technology adoption, clinical operations training, enterprise application training, or similar roles.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering role-based systems training through various formats, including instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, blended, video, job aid, workshop, office hour, sandbox, and performance-support approaches.
• Experience in managing complex implementations, validated clinical systems, financial or project operations platforms, system releases, global rollouts, training updates, alpha/beta reviews, approvals, LMS publishing, and ongoing support.
• Exceptional skills in instructional design, facilitation, systems training, consulting, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Capacity to convert complex clinical, financial, project operations, metadata, reporting, compliance, and workflow requirements into clear learning experiences and actionable performance support.
• Familiarity with regulated or validated systems training, encompassing GCP, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, audit readiness, role-based access, controlled content, training completion records, and impacts of system releases.
• Strong competencies in written, verbal, visual, analytical, and digital communication.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and effectively utilize LMS platforms, authoring tools, AI-enabled productivity tools, and contemporary collaboration technologies.
• Skilled at prioritizing competing system demands, managing multiple simultaneous releases or implementations, and functioning efficiently in a global, matrixed environment.
• Preferred familiarity with Medidata, Certinia, Salesforce-based platforms, CTMS, CDS, EDC, eTMF/RCM, eCOA/ePRO, RTSM/IRT, RBQM, LMS administration, training matrices, GxP training, 21 CFR Part 11 environments, or comparable clinical and enterprise technology platforms.
