Organizational Change Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with a VA IT modernization initiative

• Develop assessments for stakeholders and plans for stakeholder management

• Design and implement strategic communication plans

• Perform organizational readiness evaluations and recommend mitigation strategies

• Create and enforce quality plans to ensure that OCM deliverables and change initiatives conform to program standards

• Identify and address issues impacting release adoption, take corrective measures, and escalate when necessary

• Evaluate the viability and effectiveness of change management tools, processes, and adoption strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Over 10 years of relevant experience

• Proven experience in developing and executing detailed quality plans for IT products, services, or systems

• Demonstrated experience in addressing project or program release challenges and implementing corrective actions

• Background in ensuring the viability, functionality, and effectiveness of critical tools

• Preferred certification in change management such as Prosci, CCMP, or similar

• Experience supporting federal agencies, preferably the VA

• Familiarity with stakeholder engagement, communication, and readiness in large-scale IT implementations is preferred
