This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Take ownership of and execute the organic growth strategy for partnership websites.
• Enhance visibility and performance across traditional search engines and generative AI platforms, including LLM-enabled search experiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape technical SEO, site architecture, and platform advancements.
• Spearhead the development, testing, and scaling of innovative organic growth initiatives.
• Establish and maintain standards for content quality, EEAT, and organic performance.
• Create and refine performance measurement frameworks, inclusive of reporting across SEO and AI discovery channels.
• Conduct continuous analysis, opportunity sizing, and competitive benchmarking to guide strategy.
• Discover and implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies in organic search and AI.
• Lead the gathering and refinement of requirements for SEO, content, and LLM optimization initiatives.
• Engage in and present during partnership-facing strategy and performance meetings and reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, PR, Content, and Engineering teams to ensure sustainable, scalable growth aligned with partnership forecasts.
• Significant experience in SEO and organic growth, preferably within competitive or regulated sectors (e.g., sports betting, finance, iGaming).
• Strong grasp of modern search ecosystems, encompassing Google algorithms, entity-based SEO, and AI-driven search experiences.
• Demonstrated success in achieving scalable organic growth across various markets.
• Experience in managing and nurturing high-performing SEO or organic teams.
• In-depth technical SEO expertise, including site architecture, indexing, rendering, and performance optimization.
• Strong familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., GA4, Search Console, log analysis tools, rank tracking platforms).
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in agile settings.
• Knowledge of digital PR, link acquisition strategies, and building brand authority.
• Understanding of content strategy, EEAT principles, and semantic search optimization.
• Experience with testing methodologies and frameworks for performance experimentation.
• Commercial awareness and the capability to align organic strategies with business objectives.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• An understanding of and appreciation for US Sports.
• Must reside in NJ, PA, NY, FL, or TN.
