Organic & AI Search Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Perform keyword analysis, on-page enhancements, technical site inspections, adjustments to internal linking, schema markup (JSON-LD), and fixes for indexability.

• Enhance content for AI-driven search engines, including AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

• Create structured entity data, implement direct Q&A formats, and establish authoritative brand citations.

• Oversee local citations, optimize Google Business Profiles, accelerate reviews, and improve map-pack rankings.

• Utilize Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console (GSC), Google Business Profiles (GBP), Google Gemini Pro, and SE Ranking Growth with Local Marketing.

• Write, organize, and enhance content using AI tools in accordance with Google’s E-E-A-T guidelines.

• Integrate organic search strategies with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

• Facilitate and co-lead meetings with clients.

• Provide strategic search insights, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations.

• Prepare performance updates ready for clients.

• Travel to client locations within 100 miles of Reading, PA when in-person meetings are necessary.

• Implement traditional SEO, local search, brand entity development, and AI exploration across contemporary search platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of proven hands-on experience in organic search / SEO.

• Ability to work fully remotely.

• Must live within a reasonable driving distance to attend client meetings within a 100-mile radius of Reading, PA.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for client meetings.

• Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Business Profiles, and major SEO platforms (SE Ranking, Semrush, or Ahrefs).

• Genuine interest in generative AI tools such as Google Gemini and ChatGPT.

• Capability to link technical SEO metrics with tangible client business results.

• Demonstrated ability to organize and confidently engage on client calls.

• Proficiency in explaining SEO/AI search concepts to key stakeholders and fostering strategic discussions.

• Skill in facilitating or co-leading client meetings while presenting strategic search insights, performance metrics, and recommendations.
