Order Management Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Process and fulfill regular orders for blood and pharmaceutical products, as well as transfusion-related supplies.

• Maintain databases, tools, and software that manage product and service information.

• Ensure proper inventory rotation at both primary and remote locations to maintain sufficient supplies.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively relay product and service details to hospital clients.

• Conduct follow-up calls when product availability does not meet expectations.

• Identify cost-effective transportation options for hospital deliveries.

• Investigate and rectify issues related to hospital shipments.

• Address customer concerns and ensure accurate and timely documentation is completed.

• Assist hospital staff with alternative inventory solutions when requested items are not available.

• Provide support, development, and leadership guidance to volunteers.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• At least one year of relevant experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience is required.

• Preferred experience in a dynamic, multi-tasking operational setting.

• Experience in blood or pharmaceutical inventory management, hospital customer relations, or logistics is preferred.

• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities with customers, staff, and volunteers.

• Excellent organizational skills and effective management of multiple priorities.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Proficient working knowledge of computer systems.

• Willingness to work weekends and certain holidays is required.

• Flexibility to work a varied schedule during the initial 4–6 weeks of training is necessary.

• Some travel for business purposes may be required.
