Oracle Fusion Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Develop and sustain the overall solution architecture in alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

• Create and document intricate solution designs, including data models, integration points, and security configurations.

• Guide and supervise the implementation process from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.

• Serve as a technical advisor to implementation teams, ensuring that project milestones are achieved.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners effectively.

• Gather requirements, present solution designs, and offer status updates through workshops and meetings.

• Act as the primary contact for all technical matters related to Oracle Fusion.

• Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.

• Review current systems for opportunities in improvement, optimization, and cost reduction.

• Stay updated with Oracle Fusion features and technologies, including AI and Redwood Design, and promote their adoption.

• Design and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other enterprise systems, whether on-premise or cloud-based.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in the IT sector.

• At least 5 years in a solution architect position focused on Oracle applications in an international manufacturing context.

• Demonstrated experience with a minimum of two full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

• Profound expertise in several Oracle Fusion modules.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Oracle Cloud Certification is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or business (or equivalent experience).
