Oracle Fusion Cloud Lead – Logistics, Supply Chain Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and lead business process workshops with stakeholders from logistics, supply chain, procurement, and operations.

• Gather requirements for a new Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation that includes Inventory Management, Order Management, Indirect Procurement, and associated logistics processes.

• Take ownership of the complete functional configuration for Oracle Fusion Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement.

• Convert the outcomes of workshops into a practical, standard-first system design.

• Set up and maintain the Oracle article/item master configuration tailored for fashion and apparel applications.

• Assist in the extraction, transformation, and loading of legacy ERP master and historical data into Oracle Fusion.

• Be responsible for designing integrations that connect Oracle Fusion with Shopify for the synchronization of e-commerce orders and inventory.

• Develop integrations with warehouse management systems to facilitate outbound and inbound logistics.

• Collaborate with Tessera's distributed FDE delivery and AI engineering teams.

• Report directly to the Program Director / Engagement Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in senior consulting engagements.

• Expertise in leading Oracle Fusion Cloud Logistics and Supply Chain Management workstreams.

• Familiarity with greenfield Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement.

• Proven track record in managing the Indirect Procurement value stream.

• Skilled in configuring Oracle article/item masters.

• Understanding of best practices in the fashion and apparel industry, including style, color, and size hierarchies, as well as seasonal and pre-pack/kit structures.

• Knowledge of Oracle Retail conventions.

• Proficient in ETL processes for item, article, inventory, master, and historical data from legacy ERP systems.

• Experience in designing integrations for Shopify e-commerce order and inventory synchronization.

• Familiarity with integrating warehouse management systems for both outbound and inbound logistics.

• Exceptional written and spoken business English skills.

• Capable of conducting workshops and presenting to business stakeholders and client leadership effectively.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. for Tessera Labs.

• Must be able to address current or future immigration sponsorship requirements.
