This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver Level 2 incident and problem management, as well as Level 3 bug-fix and enhancement technical support within the Oracle Fusion ERP environment.
• Design, maintain, and improve BI Publisher and OTBI reports, dashboards, and data extracts across the GL, AP, AR, and Procurement modules.
• Take ownership of Oracle Integration Cloud break-fix support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and developing new integrations.
• Collaborate with functional analysts and business stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Create and uphold technical design documents, integration specifications, and deployment documentation.
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial operations by addressing technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Conduct root cause analysis, technical testing, deployment validation, and regression testing for quarterly Oracle updates.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams on enterprise integrations and long-term solution architecture.
• Adhere to and support ITGC, SOX, and change management protocols for all technical modifications.
• Over 5 years of direct experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP technical development.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Proficient in developing integrations, extensions, reports, extracts, and technical solutions within the Oracle Fusion framework.
• Familiarity with Oracle Visual Builder, REST/SOAP APIs, and FBDI and HCM Data Loader processes.
• Experience utilizing ATP or PaaS DB for the storage and management of integration payloads, audit logs, or custom reporting data layers that enhance Oracle Fusion's native functionalities.
• Proven experience supporting Level 2/Level 3 production environments with established incident and problem management protocols.
• Capability to produce technical design documentation and integration specifications.
• Skilled in troubleshooting web services, APIs, file-based integrations, and data transformation processes, including the ability to interpret failure logs.
• Understanding of SOX compliance, ITGC controls, and ERP change management practices.
• Familiarity with Oracle AI Agent Studio within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with functional and technical team members.
• Oracle Fusion technical certification or related Oracle Cloud certifications are preferred.
• Experience with Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) is preferred.
• Knowledge of Oracle's quarterly release cycles and technical impact assessments is preferred.
• Prior involvement in an Application Managed Services (AMS) delivery model is preferred.
• Experience supporting SaaS finance systems within a rapidly growing technology company is preferred.
