Oracle Configurator – Prompt Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Set up Oracle Cloud ERP modules to satisfy business needs

• Manage workflows, regulations, catalogs, value sets, approval hierarchies, reporting structures, and personalization layers

• Collaborate with functional teams to clarify requirements, resolve configuration issues, and implement improvements

• Create, enhance, and optimize prompts that power Oracle AI assistants, conversational interfaces, and automated workflows

• Develop and configure agent-based automations that handle ERP transactions, retrieve information, assess conditions, and propose or execute actions

• Conduct testing on prompts, agent logic, and Oracle settings throughout SIT, UAT, and production phases

• Verify system responses for precision, traceability, and compliance with business regulations

• Maintain test scripts, evaluation tools, simulation scenarios, and acceptance criteria checklists

• Assist in the ongoing optimization of AI-driven workflows and Oracle ERP configurations

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in configuring Oracle Cloud ERP

• Practical knowledge of Oracle workflows, value sets, rules engines, APIs, and reporting tools

• In-depth understanding of AI/LLM prompt engineering, including prompt design, testing, and enhancement

• Capability to analyze extensive enterprise datasets and align them with AI agent logic

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
