MS Dynamics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and create tailored solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, encompassing Customer Service and Sales modules.

• Oversee coding, unit testing, and debugging processes for applications.

• Direct development efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 initiatives.

• Ensure timely project delivery that adheres to quality standards.

• Act as the primary technical liaison for discussions related to Dynamics 365.

• Mentor and support junior developers in best practices and technical competencies.

• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges.

• Conduct root cause analysis and propose long-term solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in a related role.

• At least 4–5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.

• Proven experience in leading development teams and managing intricate projects.

• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, or comparable programming languages.

• Solid understanding of Azure services, integration capabilities, and application lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales modules.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus but not required.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
