📋 Description

• Develop complex single-turn prompts within the realms of chemistry and chemical safety.

• Classify prompts as benign, dual-use, or adversarial.

• Assess model responses in accordance with a specified policy standard.

• Evaluate whether model responses were managed appropriately.

• Compose reference answers that outline correct responses and the technical rationale behind them.

• Design prompts that explore the limits between legitimate technical inquiries and harmful misuse.

• Provide written justifications that are comprehensible to non-experts.

• Engage in reading and writing about misuse scenarios in the field over extended periods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in industrial hygiene, process safety, toxic release and dispersion modeling, ventilation/containment/PPE program design, or regulatory compliance.

• Proven experience in evaluating actual exposures and process hazards, along with the authority to approve controls.

• Proficiency in distinguishing between routine professional inquiries and potentially harmful requests.

• Experience with exposure assessment, sampling strategies, and control banding.

• Familiarity with HAZOP, LOPA, what-if studies, and change management processes.

• Background in consequence analysis and AEGL/ERPG criteria.

• Knowledge of PSM, Seveso, COMAH, OSHA, or their national equivalents.

• Strong ability in technical writing.

• Prior experience in technical writing, published research, or serving as an expert witness is highly valued.

• Must avoid using classified or export-controlled information, NDA-covered data, or information subject to prepublication review obligations; applicants with such constraints must disclose them to ensure appropriate project scope.
