Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer assistance for tickets related to various Oracle Supply Chain Management modules

• Effectively resolve and close support tickets independently while adhering to defined SLA deadlines

• Oversee SCM delivery for designated clients

• Facilitate weekly status meetings and deliver regular updates on ticket progress

• Conduct testing for quarterly releases

• Investigate and implement new features while maintaining comprehensive documentation

• Organize regular training sessions for team members

• Configure and sustain Oracle Supply Chain modules in accordance with business processes

• Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues

• Liaise with Oracle Support for the resolution of critical issues and to receive updates on product enhancements

• Collect and analyze business requirements to guide solution design and implementation

• Contribute to ongoing improvement, internal processes, and Peloton’s intellectual property

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field

• Over 10 years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Modules (SCM)

• More than 4 years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle SCM Cloud (Fusion)

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Experience in supporting or managing accounting functions in Oracle SCM, including Order Management, Inventory, Costing, and Manufacturing

• Fundamental understanding of other SCM modules

• At least two end-to-end implementations in Oracle Supply Chain or a minimum of 4 years of support experience

• Ability to comprehend and dissect Supply Chain, Financial, business, and technical concepts

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Competence to work both independently and collaboratively in an onshore/offshore model

• Desired certifications in Oracle SCM Cloud and associated modules

• Basic knowledge of OTBI reports, SmartView, and FRS reports is preferred
