Oracle Cloud HCM OTL/Workforce Management Lead Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert by providing functional consulting for Oracle HCM Cloud Absence, Time & Labor, and Workforce Scheduler.

• Guide clients throughout the entire cloud application implementation lifecycle.

• Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables within the Absence, OTL, and Workforce Scheduler workstreams.

• Collaborate with clients either on-site or remotely to implement Oracle HCM solutions.

• Assist customers in navigating delivered functionalities and provide recommendations on best practices.

• Map out business processes and document requirements accordingly.

• Configure system functionalities and assist with testing support.

• Foster ongoing customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

• Work together with peers to enhance delivery models, project efficiency, and overall value.

• Mentor junior associates to bolster team capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Oracle Time & Labor certification required.

• At least 4 years of experience in a Functional Lead capacity.

• A minimum of 5 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud OTL/Absence.

• In-depth knowledge of Absence, Time & Labor, and scheduling processes.

• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to plan work efforts, prioritize tasks, and operate effectively in a remote setting.

• Proven ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

• Experience with OTL/Projects integration in Oracle Cloud is a plus.

• Familiarity with Workforce Scheduler is an additional advantage.

• Experience with Redwood and Oracle-delivered AI Agents is a bonus.

• Proficiency in English is required.
