Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define and steer the comprehensive solution architecture for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.

• Direct the architectural framework across both functional and technical workstreams, emphasizing Financials and their interdependencies with Procurement, Projects, and integrations.

• Transform business strategies and requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient designs for Oracle Cloud ERP.

• Establish principles, standards, and governance processes for architecture.

• Conduct assessments of the current state and design future-state architecture encompassing applications, data, integration, and reporting frameworks.

• Design end-to-end business process flows for Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and other related enterprise processes.

• Guide decisions on configurations, extensions, and customizations while advocating for best practices in Oracle Cloud.

• Oversee integration architecture, middleware strategies, inbound and outbound interfaces, and alignment with third-party systems.

• Define strategies for data migration and governance, including quality, conversion, and reconciliation processes.

• Collaborate on the architecture for reporting, which includes OTBI, BI Publisher, and integrations with data warehouses.

• Identify and manage risks, issues, and trade-offs related to architecture.

• Review and authorize functional and technical design documents.

• Mentor functional and technical leads while providing architectural oversight.

• Assist in pre-sales and business development through solutioning, architecture visioning, and client presentations.

• Contribute to the development of Peloton methodologies, accelerators, and reusable architecture assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in delivering ERP solutions, particularly with substantial experience in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations.

• Previous experience serving as a Solution Architect, Functional Lead, or in a comparable role throughout multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.

• Profound functional expertise in Oracle Financials and a broad understanding of additional Oracle ERP domains.

• Functional leadership experience within Oracle Financials workstreams.

• Strong comprehension of end-to-end enterprise business processes and system interdependencies.

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP integration architecture, including inbound and outbound interfaces, integration patterns, and external system dependencies.

• Experience in data migration strategies, tools, data quality, and reconciliation processes.

• Knowledge of reporting and analytics architecture within Oracle Cloud environments.

• Ability to reconcile business needs with technical constraints and the capabilities of the Oracle platform.

• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executive-level audiences.

• Experience leading distributed teams in dynamic, client-facing consulting settings.

• Preferred Oracle Cloud certifications in Financials or other ERP modules.

• Preferred knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks.
