Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations across Financials, SCM, and HCM, facilitating integrated planning, design, testing, and deployment.

• Create and manage project timelines utilizing Microsoft Project, incorporating key milestones for configuration, conversions, security, integrations, and cutover.

• Lead the Oracle environment strategy for multi-pillar implementations, coordinating PROD, TEST, and DEV environments.

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and Oracle account managers, addressing delivery obstacles and aiding with Service Requests, AI and Redwood adoption, and ERP instance management.

• Direct cross-functional Oracle Cloud delivery teams and manage distributed resources across various projects and time zones.

• Oversee program financial aspects, including partner expenditures, internal effort forecasts, burn rates, variance analysis, project budgets, and subscription timelines.

• Control project scope, deliverables, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and change requests; provide executive updates and steering committee reports.

• Collaborate with business process owners, subject matter experts, and client project management to ensure solutions align with business needs and strategic goals.

• Manage testing, data conversion, integration development, cutover planning, hypercare, and stabilization efforts to ensure successful go-live results.

• Cultivate a motivated and collaborative delivery environment across global and hybrid teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation.

• At least 5 years of experience in ERP project management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools, including PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, and OneNote.

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Project and SharePoint.

• Ability to excel in projects that involve iterative design, accelerated timelines, and frequent solution refinement across functional and technical workstreams.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the capacity to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders, influence outcomes, and adjust to evolving client needs in dynamic project environments.
