Oracle Cloud Collections Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the deployment of Oracle Cloud Collections within a global project.

• Evaluate business requirements pertaining to collection processes and convert them into functional solutions.

• Conduct functional configurations within Oracle Cloud Collections.

• Aid in the design and definition of the functional solution.

• Engage in testing, validation, and solution approval processes.

• Support the assessment and enhancement of collection processes.

• Collaborate closely with business users, key users, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Offer functional clarification and assistance during testing and validation activities.

• Contribute to the creation of functional documentation related to requirements, solution design, configuration, and testing.

• Effectively communicate with the client and key users in English.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud Collections.

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Collections functionalities and collection processes.

• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Collections configuration.

• Experience in supporting solution design, testing, and validation activities.

• Background in Oracle implementation projects.

• Ability to engage with business users and project teams.

• Proficient conversational English is essential, with the capability to communicate directly with US-based clients and key users.

• Strong functional analysis and problem-solving abilities.

• Previous involvement in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects is a plus.

• Familiarity with Oracle Receivables (AR) is advantageous.

• Knowledge of FDG is a bonus.

• Experience in international projects is beneficial.

• Direct experience working with US-based clients or key users is a plus.
