Collections Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conduct both outbound and inbound calls.

• Collect payments on overdue accounts.

• Deliver exceptional support and service to customers.

• Complete required virtual training over a period of five weeks.

• Work scheduled shifts during weekdays and Saturdays.

• Utilize various software applications and screens at the same time.

• Finish a 10-minute Virtual Introduction to proceed with the application.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in customer service and collections, with outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in computer usage and typing, capable of handling multiple software applications/screens simultaneously.

• Experience in a customer service or call center role involving phone interactions.

• Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must reside within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ.

• Must have a designated home workspace that is quiet and free of distractions.

• Must have a wired internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps for downloads and 4 Mbps for uploads; wireless, DSL, and satellite internet services are not compatible.

• Full-time participation in mandatory virtual training for 5 weeks, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a requirement for 100% attendance.

• Availability for full-time weekday shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

• Saturday shifts are required from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

• Bilingual Spanish candidates are eligible for a 5% increase in hourly pay.

• Completion of a 10-minute Virtual Introduction is mandatory after submitting the application.

• Must be willing to learn and adapt as AI-enabled tools and workflows evolve.
