Collections Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct both outbound and inbound calls

• Manage collections on overdue accounts

• Deliver exceptional support and service to customers

• Undergo five weeks of mandatory full-time virtual training, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

• Engage in full-time weekday shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM

• Be available for required Saturday shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

• Complete a 10-minute Virtual Introduction following the submission of your application

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Customer Service and collections with outstanding interpersonal skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficiency in computer and typing skills, capable of navigating multiple software applications/screens at once

• Experience handling calls in a customer service or call center setting

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED equivalent

• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older

• Applicants must reside within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, TX

• A designated home-based workspace that is quiet and free from distractions is required

• A wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload speeds is necessary

• Wireless, DSL, and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with the systems

• Attendance must be 100% during the five-week mandatory virtual training

• Verified fluency in Spanish qualifies for a 5% hourly pay increase
