Collections Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Perform both outbound and inbound calls

• Recover funds on accounts that are overdue

• Deliver exceptional support and service to customers

• Participate in five weeks of essential full-time virtual training

• Complete a 10-minute Virtual Introduction following the submission of the application

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Customer Service and prior collections

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficient in computer skills and typing, capable of managing multiple software applications/screens at once

• Experience with phone operations in a customer service or call center setting

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old

• Must reside within a 60-mile radius of Draper, UT

• A designated home workspace that is quiet and free from distractions is necessary

• A wired internet connection with a minimum of 10 mbps download and 4 mbps upload is required; wireless, DSL, and/or satellite internet service providers are not supported

• Attendance must be 100% during the five weeks of required virtual training

• Verified fluency in Spanish qualifies for a 5% increase in hourly pay
