This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete implementation and rollout projects for Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management modules.
• Partner with legal, finance, and procurement departments to collect business requirements.
• Develop workflows and configure system solutions that comply with corporate or public sector procurement regulations.
• Set up and support Oracle CLM modules (Enterprise Contracts) in conjunction with Purchasing, Sourcing, and Self-Service Procurement.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document requirements in Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Establish approval hierarchies, security roles, document styles, clause libraries, and contract templates.
• Perform fit-gap assessments and outline future-state solutions using a configuration-first methodology.
• Organize Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strategize and implement the migration of supplier data, open purchase orders, and legacy contracts.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations such as Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle EBS.
• Provide management for stakeholders, guidance on change management, and user training.
• A minimum of 5–7+ years of functional implementation experience with Oracle ERP systems, particularly focusing on EBS or Fusion or Procurement and CLM modules.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Oracle Sourcing, iProcurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Enterprise Contracts.
• Proven experience in configuring and supporting Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) modules, including Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, and Contract Repository.
• Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements from legal, procurement, and contract teams.
• Skilled in designing contract workflows, approval hierarchies, and clause libraries.
• Capable of leading fit-gap analysis and converting requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience in supporting UAT, training, and change management for end users.
• Competent in coordinating with technical teams on decisions regarding configuration versus customization.
• Familiarity with related Oracle modules such as Purchasing, Sourcing, and Self-Service Procurement.
• Knowledgeable in integrations such as Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle EBS.
