This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete process of quoting, negotiating, and procuring OPME (Orthoses, Prostheses, and Special Materials).

• Discover and engage new suppliers in the marketplace.

• Assist the registration team by facilitating the acquisition of data and documentation from partner suppliers.

• Offer consultative guidance to OPME auditors regarding brand alternatives, qualified suppliers, and current market prices.

• Populate, track, and maintain departmental spreadsheets with the history and specifics of completed negotiations.

• Act as a liaison among suppliers, the audit team, and company operations, ensuring agility, cost efficiency, and effectiveness throughout the authorization and purchasing processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently being pursued in Business Administration, Management, or a Health Sciences program.

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for data and spreadsheet management.

• Strong negotiation abilities, a sense of urgency, and assertive communication skills.

• High organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple quotations concurrently.

• Prior experience and practical knowledge of OPME processes.

• Understanding of healthcare regulations and standards set by ANS (Brazil’s National Supplementary Health Agency) and ANVISA (Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency).

• Previous experience with health insurance providers, hospitals, or suppliers of healthcare products.
