Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Address and assist users with their inquiries through the concessionaires' 0800 hotline.

• Supply information regarding the highways covered by the concession.

• Relocate user support inquiries to the Operational Control Center (CCO) and the Ombudsman.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of high school education.

• Willingness to work in shifts, following a 6x2 schedule.

• Must live in Ribeirão Preto, SP (São Paulo).

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
