Operations Supervisor – Data Annotation, Machine Learning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage daily operational tasks to ensure efficiency and uphold quality standards.

• Evaluate operational procedures and pinpoint areas that require enhancement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Development, and Customer Support.

• Monitor KPIs and compile regular performance reports for management review.

• Aid in the implementation of new systems, tools, and workflows.

• Address operational challenges and deliver prompt resolutions.

• Ensure accurate documentation of processes and procedures is maintained.

• Support project execution to ensure that deadlines are consistently met.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, preferably in a technology or software setting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace applications.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is advantageous.
