This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Assess work volume, create work schedules, and streamline workflow to guarantee optimal cost efficiency within the department.
• Delegate responsibilities and review work for quality, organization, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Organize job assignments for routine and/or special inventory tasks.
• Oversee, guide, and, when necessary, execute the accurate shipping of outbound orders.
• Provide written and verbal instructions to team members as required.
• Ensure accountability among associates in line with corporate standard operating procedures.
• Strive to maintain a cooperative atmosphere among team members and address grievances effectively.
• Handle employee time management, including adjustments and corrections.
• Mentor and coach team members, encompassing corrective actions and performance assessments.
• Take responsibility for overseeing zoning and the development of product databases during the receiving process.
• Conduct training on policies, procedures, and Standard Works to ensure compliance with processes.
• Support the Safety Advocate with all facets of the Safety Program and engage in the Safety Committee.
• Contribute to the creation and enhancement of processes.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year institution; or equivalent relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
• At least three years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of six months of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in PC and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
