This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +11 more states.
• Oversee the daily operational functions of title employees at a Title Operations Center.
• Supervise title production staff engaged in transactions within New York.
• Assist with human resource management and ensure adherence to wage and labor laws.
• Contribute to the goal-setting process for the functional area.
• Delegate responsibilities, manage workflow, and recommend staffing requirements.
• Conduct interviews, provide hiring recommendations, prepare and administer performance reviews, and offer feedback and coaching.
• Manage disciplinary measures.
• Monitor workflows and identify training needs for both employees and the organization.
• Promote cross-training initiatives and enhance organizational adaptability.
• Implement procedures and metrics aimed at improving customer service, quality, turnaround time, and productivity.
• Oversee interactions with process workflows, FAST, and electronic imaging systems, including TRD, DATATREE, and DATATRACE.
• Drive problem-solving efforts and make informed decisions to maintain quality, cost efficiency, and turnaround time service levels.
• Monitor global partner production and assess performance against established metrics.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Manager.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with both internal and external business entities.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
• A minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Understanding of company policies, contract coverage, and compliance issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong technical understanding of systems and appliances.
• Capability to interpret contracts effectively.
• Ability to convey information clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
• Proven track record of managing daily operational tasks and actively participating in, developing, and completing projects.
• Emerging leadership capabilities.
• Competence in implementing and enforcing processes to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships within the department.
• Skill in communicating the vision of the function and the direction of the department while aligning team goals.
