Operations Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee and mentor a team of analysts and processing personnel.

• Develop, document, and enhance operational workflows for application processing, ensuring clarity, compliance, and efficiency.

• Manage daily processing activities to guarantee timely application reviews and adherence to quality and contractual standards.

• Lead the analytical functions of the team: monitor key performance indicators, generate insights, and fulfill reporting requirements for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Account Management, and other cross-functional teams to address complex application or data challenges.

• Provide performance evaluations, track team productivity, and facilitate staff professional development.

• Work alongside the Operations Manager on resource planning, performance trends, and improvement initiatives.

• Develop training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and scalable operations.

• Advocate for process enhancements through automation, analytics, and strategic workflow redesign.

• Oversee client reporting and present data analysis to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Data Analytics, Environmental Science, Energy, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Must meet all DOT qualification standards and adhere to applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
