Operations Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily functions of a team of travel consultants

• Manage key performance metrics and team workload

• Offer support, coaching, and development opportunities for team members

• Act as the main point of contact for team members

• Lead a team of travel consultants

• Utilize performance data to enhance team efficiency

• Create training programs to bridge both short- and long-term competency gaps

• Supply clients with industry insights, including low fares, exchange rates, and penalties

• Stay updated on DOT, TSA, passport, and visa regulations

• Conduct daily quality control checks on global distribution system queues

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive background in the corporate travel management sector

• Relevant supervisory experience

• Advanced proficiency in GDS Sabre and SAP Concur Travel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

• Willingness to work during day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts based on business requirements

• Previous experience supporting life sciences or pharmaceutical clients, along with knowledge of global travel operations, is preferred
