This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Oversee daily operations across one or more teams.
• Establish priorities, delegate tasks, and manage workflows to achieve service and productivity objectives.
• Mentor and develop team members through feedback, training, and performance discussions.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, recognition, development, and enhancing employee engagement.
• Track processes and performance to identify issues and uphold service standards.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures, controls, security protocols, and audit standards.
• Discover opportunities to streamline processes, boost efficiency, and enhance both customer and employee experiences.
• Collaborate with various teams within the organization to refine workflows and implement effective solutions.
• Remain updated on industry practices and technologies to foster continuous improvement and team growth.
• Report any suspicious activities to Financial Intelligence.
• Notify management or HR of customer complaints and procedural violations.
• Bring ethical concerns to Associated Bank’s anonymous Ethics Hotline.
• Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in roles such as a lead, supervisor, work director, or team manager.
• Proven experience in overseeing workflows, coaching employees, and enhancing team performance in operational, service, or production settings.
• Preferred: At least 5 years of experience in banking operations or financial services.
• Preferred: Minimum of 5 years working within a regulated environment with established controls and compliance requirements.
• Preferred: At least 5 years of experience across multiple operational functions or business areas.
• Must accurately represent yourself and your experiences throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
• Compliance with relevant enterprise policies, laws, regulations, Bank Secrecy Act requirements, and training materials is essential.
• Required to report suspicious activities, customer complaints, procedural violations, and ethical concerns as necessary.
