Operations Specialist, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee listings, the Buy Box, and FBA inventory levels.

• Review suppressed or blocked listings and third-party sellers associated with your listings.

• Monitor competitors and price trends, utilizing tools such as Keepa, and respond to market changes.

• Adjust pricing with an emphasis on margin, securing the Buy Box, and enhancing sales volume.

• Generate and manage purchase orders with suppliers.

• Record payments and deliveries accurately.

• Organize FBA shipments and track them until they are received into inventory.

• Maintain documentation and workflows in the internal Octuno system.

• Prepare regular brief reports on performance.

• Gradually identify new products/ASINs and brands, establishing connections with US distributors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Russian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Well-structured and dependable, capable of working independently.

• Comfortable handling numbers, margins, calculations, and proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

• Eager to learn new software, specifically Octuno.

• Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central, particularly on Amazon.com (preferred).

• Familiarity with FBA, Keepa, or other Amazon tools (preferred).

• Background in wholesale or supplier purchasing (preferred).

• Proficiency in the German language (preferred).
