Operations Specialist, Dutch

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Manage documentation obtained from insurance brokers in both Dutch and English

• Conduct data entry tasks within internal systems

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and propose suggestions

• Engage with stakeholders effectively

• Assist in operations related to policy management, claims, procurement, data management, billing, and sales support activities

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Dutch (B2 level)

• Strong analytical abilities

• Exceptional attention to detail

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience

• Prior experience in the insurance industry and/or Shared Service Center (SSC) and/or customer service

• Capability to foster relationships with colleagues

• Open-minded with quick learning skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• CV must be submitted in English
