📋 Description

• Facilitate operational initiatives and business goals by coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely implementation of projects and programs.

• Collaborate with field leaders and cross-functional teams to collect information, share updates, and address operational requirements.

• Aid in tracking essential business metrics, enrollment trends, and operational performance through reporting and data analysis.

• Develop reports, presentations, dashboards, and summaries that assist in guiding business decisions and operational strategies.

• Organize meetings, working sessions, and follow-up tasks, including documenting action items and monitoring their completion.

• Support project planning efforts, including managing timelines, tracking tasks, and reporting status updates.

• Ensure accurate documentation, process guides, and operational resources are available for team utilization.

• Assist in the implementation and acceptance of business initiatives through communication, training coordination, and change management efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, management, communications, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, business support, administration, or a similar field.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in working with data and leveraging information to identify trends and support decision-making processes.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and establish strong working relationships.

• Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Self-driven with a desire to learn new systems, processes, and business functions.
