Brokerage Operations Processing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and process client requests, which include account enrollments, distributions, transfers, and estate settlements.

• Oversee Self-Directed Brokerage plan conversions and maintenance, encompassing setup, transactions, and research.

• Update and manage client accounts across various platforms.

• Examine legal documentation for completeness prior to processing.

• Collaborate with representatives from clearing firms, brokers/traders, colleagues, service and sales teams, internal business partners, and external vendors.

• Provide clarification and respond to inquiries through effective communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and professional experience.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in brokerage services or operations.

• FINRA 7 registration is mandatory.

• FINRA fingerprinting is required.

• Experience with NetX 360/Pershing is advantageous.

• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office is necessary.

• Demonstrated knowledge of brokerage operations and the industry.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
