📋 Description

• Developing regional sales strategies and targets that align with company goals

• Assisting Store Managers with daily operations of the store

• Assessing the performance of stores and individual employees

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or a comparable senior sales position

• Capability to evaluate and interpret key performance metrics (ROI and KPIs)

• Knowledge of CRM software

• Proficiency in leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Strong organizational skills coupled with a problem-solving mindset

• Willingness to travel as necessary
