Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the City Manager and a small team.

• Oversee daily operations for a designated operating region.

• Emphasize inventory and revenue management.

• Ensure exceptional customer experience and service.

• Manage various ad hoc initiatives as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in fields such as hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, or inventory management.

• Outstanding English communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• A strong passion for customer service.

• A friendly, positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.

• An interest in football is a significant advantage.

• Experience working internationally or with global companies is a plus.

• Previous hospitality experience is beneficial.

• Experience in Franchise Development or Support is a plus.

• This position is fully remote/virtual (e.g., based in the Philippines).

• Working hours will correspond with the operational timezone of the assigned region.
