Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive coordination and reporting process for partner accounts.

• Manage data integrity, system onboarding, and facilitate communication among teams.

• Ensure that reporting, client onboarding, and operational workflows are efficient and adhere to quality standards.

• Analyze data and suggest improvements to processes.

• Spot opportunities to optimize workflows.

• Utilize Relocity's proprietary platform to onboard new clients and evaluate operational readiness.

• Ensure that client and partner deliverables meet the predefined performance standards.

• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency and scalability.

• Balance workload independently while focusing on execution and continuous process enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preference for working in the East Coast time zone, with hours from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a similar field is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience.

• Strong analytical and technical capabilities with proficiency in G Suite, Sheets or Excel, and business intelligence tools.

• Experience in data interpretation with the capacity to recommend process or performance enhancements.

• Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and accountability for deliverables.

• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities with minimal oversight.

• Strong collaboration skills, able to work both independently and across teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, or startup environment.

• A proactive, solutions-focused mentality with a commitment to ongoing improvement.

• Legally authorized to work.

• Successful completion of a background check, credit assessment, and drug screening.
