Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Accountable for all facets of recruitment related to quantitative and qualitative projects

• Support US Project Managers in executing studies that adhere to client specifications

• Collaborate with team members and take complete ownership of the sampling component of assigned projects

• Assist and oversee technical implementation throughout the lifecycle of a project

• Aid in programming, link testing, translations, fieldwork preparation, and partner coordination

• Manage up to 30 active projects simultaneously

• Coordinate with project fieldwork coordinators and project managers to enhance recruitment outcomes

• Develop sampling strategies for designated projects

• Regularly assess projects and notify project managers of any challenges

• Provide recruitment updates to the project management team

• Ensure projects adhere to client timelines

• Utilize M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools efficiently

• Foster working relationships across departments

• Oversee outsourced project recruitment rates and costs in relation to KPIs

• Maintain client satisfaction scores above target levels

• Participate in internal kickoffs and prepare client kickoff presentations

• Manage partner coordination, including communication with external liaisons and ongoing updates

• Supervise translations and carry out comprehensive link checks

• Submit surveys to the programming team for processing

• Join client calls to ensure alignment and provide necessary support

• Address and resolve link-related issues

• Set up automated data exports as needed

• Provide client contact details to the Quick Charts team

• Submit partner request forms as required

• Oversee internal recruitment with the custom recruitment team

• Coordinate and arrange pre-test schedules

• Collaborate with the fieldwork team to resolve questions and issues

• Reconcile counts for invoicing and ensure partner alignment


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or equivalent years of experience

• Proven experience in assisting or managing multiple projects concurrently

• Proficient in Excel and possess strong Microsoft Office skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and exhibit flexibility in assigned tasks

• Self-motivated and driven by working in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable with change, capable of finding opportunities in uncertainty, and possess analytical and strategic thinking skills

• 100% accuracy and exceptional attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills for managing a variety of projects

• Preferably experienced with complex market research projects, including detailed sampling

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of English grammar rules

• Familiarity with email marketing automation and knowledge of email marketing best practices

• Must be willing to work during US shift hours
