Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the interim Executive Director at senior living facilities facing vacancies, staffing issues, or operational difficulties.

• Ensure the continuity of leadership while upholding high standards of resident care and team management.

• Collaborate with community teams to tackle staffing, financial, sales, and operational challenges.

• Foster enhancements in occupancy rates, expense management, team satisfaction, and resident contentment.

• Aid in the onboarding, mentoring, and training of newly appointed Executive Directors.

• Promote the professional growth of current Executive Directors through on-site coaching, sharing best practices, and leadership training.

• Ensure that communities comply with state and federal regulations, corporate policies, and industry best practices.

• Evaluate operational performance, pinpoint areas for improvement, and execute action plans.

• Improve efficiency, revenue growth, and team effectiveness.

• Work in conjunction with regional leadership, department heads, and corporate teams to ensure community operations align with company objectives.

• Deliver comprehensive reports and recommendations based on findings and proposed solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience as an Executive Director within a senior living setting.

• Must have experience in assisted living, memory care, and independent living.

• Strong grasp of senior living regulations, financial management, and operational best practices.

• Experience in coaching, training, and mentoring leadership teams.

• Willingness to travel and work in communities as necessary, sometimes for extended periods.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.

• A genuine passion for senior care and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

• Successful completion of background screening in line with Florida law and company policy.

• Certain roles may necessitate fingerprinting and Level 1 or Level 2 background screening.
