This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Deliver operational, protective, logistical, and risk management support for client engagements and internal operations.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Executive Protection, secure transportation, and other protective operations.
• Execute, monitor, and partake in protective assignments as needed.
• Oversee staffing, research, sourcing, scheduling, and operational partner requirements.
• Manage and uphold the partner roster, including capabilities, geographic coverage, availability, and credentials.
• Conduct partner outreach and nurture operational relationships with partners and vendors.
• Facilitate research, sourcing, vetting, hiring, and onboarding of protective personnel and operational resources.
• Perform advance work and prepare operational briefings, materials, and recommendations.
• Coordinate operational needs with clients, partners, protective personnel, and internal stakeholders.
• Offer remote operational support outside regular business hours and participate in the on-call rotation.
• Assist with surveillance, investigative operations, security assessments, risk mitigation activities, process enhancements, and special projects.
• Support travel planning and logistics, encompassing transportation, lodging, itineraries, staffing, equipment, and advances.
• Provide in-person operational and client-facing support at events, meetings, and client engagements.
• Compile cost estimates, operational documentation, expense information, and invoice-related support.
• Assist with multi-state security licensing, credentialing, vetting, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain precise and confidential records pertaining to licensing, projects, operations, timekeeping, expenses, and personnel.
• Build and sustain working relationships with clients, protective personnel, partners, vendors, internal stakeholders, local officials, law enforcement, and public safety agencies.
• Support client meetings, operational briefings, after-action discussions, business development, presentations, reports, proposals, and briefing materials.
• Provide administrative and logistical assistance to Operations leadership and company executives.
• Attend relevant training events, conferences, seminars, and meetings.
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience in Executive Protection, protective operations, corporate security, law enforcement, military operations, security operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supporting protective operations, advance work, secure transportation, protective staffing, or security logistics.
• Experience in coordinating personnel, partners, vendors, or operational resources.
• Familiarity with Executive Protection operations, advance planning, secure transportation, protective staffing, and security logistics.
• Understanding of security operations, risk mitigation, and applicable compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical reasoning, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Capability to maintain situational awareness and exercise sound judgment during active operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
• ASIS CPP, PCI, or PSP certification is highly desirable.
• Active security, law enforcement, military, Executive Protection, or related professional certifications are highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of project management platforms is preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–50%, including domestic and international travel.
• Ability to provide remote, on-call, and in-person support, including nights and weekends as necessary.
