Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Managing, documenting, and verifying payment transactions and associated documents

• Assisting with initiatives aimed at automation and process enhancement

• Recording bugs and suggesting areas for improvement

• Occasionally providing support and assistance to both customers and team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience in bookkeeping

• Educational background or training in accounting is beneficial

• Quick to learn with exceptional comprehension abilities

• Detail-oriented, diligent, and dependable work ethic

• Experience in a start-up environment and a proactive “do whatever it takes” attitude are significant advantages

• Proficient in the German language

• Good command of the English language

• Knowledge of French is a plus
