Operations Solutions UAT Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for testing-related communications among the IT team, stakeholders, and external vendors.

• Develop test plans for designated technical updates.

• Design test cases for relevant scenarios to verify system functionality.

• Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Forms that summarize testing results, issues, and suggestions for improvement.

• Complete UAT within the established Service Level Agreements (SLA).

• Identify, document, and monitor defects, issues, and enhancement requests utilizing JIRA.

• Collect feedback from stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure that business and user requirements are fulfilled.

• Provide project managers and stakeholders with status updates regarding testing progress and results.

• Engage in cross-functional meetings to align on project objectives and timelines.

• Evaluate the impacts of changes and draft company communications.

• Work together with the training department on company announcements, SOPs, and workflows.

• Present updates and communications during calls and take part in meetings.

• Validate changes implemented in production.

• Collaborate with operations departments to pinpoint opportunities for process improvements.

• Assist with preparing materials and documents for audits and reviews.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the mortgage industry.

• Experience with Encompass LOS.

• Familiarity with the overall mortgage workflow.

• Understanding of all agency guidelines.

• Knowledge of compliance and disclosure requirements.

• Experience with JIRA is an advantage.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

• Exceptional prioritization, organization, and time management skills.

• Strong conflict management, teamwork, and negotiation abilities.
