Operations Project Manager – Client Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +3 more countries.

• Ensure that each client receives an exceptional, world-class experience.

• Streamline internal processes and monitor account deliverables.

• Utilize no-code AI tools and automation to maintain smooth operational workflows.

• Serve as the foundation for client delivery operations.

• Proactively address challenges and discover more efficient methods of working with the help of AI.

• Provide operational support for a community management and marketing firm focused on digital engagement, Reddit strategy, and reputation management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, account management, or operations within a marketing or creative agency environment.

• A strong enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experiences, with a proactive mindset to resolve issues before they impact clients.

• Proficiency in effectively utilizing AI, no-code frameworks, and prompt logic to enhance daily operations.

• Practical experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Notion, Asana, Airtable, or similar platforms.

• Fluent, articulate, and professional in written and spoken English for daily interactions with US teams and clients.

• Active Reddit user with a comprehensive understanding of Reddit culture and platform dynamics.

• Capacity to work remotely during US Eastern hours, ensuring at least 6 hours of overlap.
