This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee significant operational enhancement initiatives aimed at business process optimization and technology integration.

• Manage various improvement projects through stages including planning, development, launch, monitoring, debrief facilitation, and closure.

• Create comprehensive project plans that encompass scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and risks.

• Develop and uphold project documentation and artifacts.

• Lead cross-functional teams comprising business stakeholders, operational leaders, IT partners, developers, and vendors.

• Serve as a liaison between operations and IT teams to articulate business requirements.

• Monitor and report project status to stakeholders and leadership.

• Ensure deliverables fulfill quality standards, business needs, and technical criteria.

• Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather business and technical specifications.

• Document, validate, and maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing prior to go-live.

• Facilitate process mapping sessions for current and future workflows using techniques such as swimlane diagrams and value stream maps.

• Examine processes and supporting systems to pinpoint bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

• Design optimized workflows in collaboration with service teams to enhance productivity and revenue outcomes.

• Utilize data analytics to monitor metrics, demonstrate ROI, and support data-driven decision-making.

• Assist in post-implementation stabilization by observing adoption, tracking issues, and coordinating solutions.

• Act as a change agent to promote process improvements and technology adoption.

• Ensure compliance of processes, SOPs, and tools with HIPAA, relevant laws, accrediting agency standards, OSHA, Medicare/Medicaid, and payer guidelines.

• Adhere to ethical and professional standards, regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics, and company policies.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

• Comfort Medical supplies catheter and ostomy products to customers across the nation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant professional experience.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading operational improvement, process change, or cross-functional project initiatives in a complex, high-volume setting.

• Proven track record of delivering operational improvement projects from inception to completion with measurable business impact.

• Strong project management capabilities and experience in leading cross-functional teams.

• Ability to foster user adoption and manage change for new processes, systems, or technologies.

• Proficient in process mapping and modeling techniques.

• Skilled in Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies.

• Experience in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.

• Advanced proficiency in process mapping and project management tools, such as Visio, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Effective facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

• PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification is preferred.

• Experience with automation, AI, or digital transformation solutions is preferred.

• Background in healthcare operations, particularly in DMEPOS, revenue cycle management, or order-to-cash operations is preferred.

• Familiarity with the Brightree System is preferable.

• Knowledge of change management methodologies is preferred.

• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is advantageous.

• History of supporting operational teams through process change and system adoption is preferred.
