This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the tone and vision for the respective operations, demonstrating compassion, respect, accountability, and innovation.
• Organize, lead, and engage in client meetings.
• Manage a team of functional release of information specialists to efficiently and profitably achieve goals and objectives.
• Delegate responsibilities, make informed decisions, and cultivate organizational talent.
• Standardize optimal processes in collaboration with regional counterparts.
• Set performance parameters and guidelines.
• Recruit and retain talent; provide direction, accountability, coaching, and mentoring.
• Ensure daily onsite coverage when necessary and arrange backup coverage.
• Uphold time and attendance standards.
• Collaborate with domestic and global partners to maintain turnaround time and quality standards.
• Keep SOPs updated and ensure completion of training.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one calls with direct reports.
• Onboard new clients and manage tailored projects.
• Schedule and participate in client calls, communicating with clients and Sharecare leadership.
• Review and follow up on daily report management.
• Prepare monthly portfolio presentations for senior leadership.
• Maintain process instructions and provide client-specific associate training.
• Collaborate with Solutions and IT to resolve connectivity issues.
• Monitor daily tracking and address client delivery and quality concerns.
• Assist with annual budgeting and fiscal planning.
• Analyze and enhance financial performance, including revenue, expenses, profits, and margins.
• Strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Facilitate the development of new relationships on existing or new accounts.
• Work with Client Success to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree and prior experience preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft products is required, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service abilities with strong negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, with robust analytical skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to handle confidential materials and information professionally.
• Willingness to travel as necessary; this could be extensive and may involve overnight stays.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Sufficient speaking and hearing abilities to communicate effectively.
• Good eye/hand coordination, hearing, and visual acuity for daily tasks.
• Maintain current and annual HIPAA certification.
• Safeguard the privacy of patient, employee, and volunteer information on a need-to-know basis.
• Adhere to corporate integrity and security responsibilities.
• Report any unethical, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior or activities.
