Operations Planning Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Compile lists of equipment and material purchases required for new clinics and laboratories, taking into account internal standards, unit inventories, and purchasing history.

• Perform analyses and maintain Excel spreadsheets for effective planning and budgeting.

• Generate Purchase Requisitions for items that have received approval.

• Oversee the purchasing process in collaboration with the Procurement and PEP teams.

• Track the delivery and installation of equipment and materials at the various units.

• Reallocate funds in Oracle between Cost Centers and Business Units to facilitate the opening of purchase requisitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable higher education qualification.

• Proven experience in preparing and analyzing Excel spreadsheets.

• Excellent logical reasoning and analytical abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and capability in process monitoring.

• More than six months of experience as an educator for internal candidates.

• At least six months must have passed since the last internal transfer or role change.

• Not currently engaged in another internal recruitment process.

• Familiarity with Oracle will be considered a plus.

• Knowledge of Budget Statement reporting will be viewed as advantageous.

• Experience in procurement, budgeting, or financial control processes will be regarded as beneficial.
