This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Accurately execute intricate transactions and overrides within established guidelines and SLAs, ensuring timely completion.
• Direct or escalate processing and operational concerns to the appropriate functions or partners.
• Recognize opportunities for enhancing service delivery.
• Analyze process drivers and the root or systemic causes of cross-functional operational challenges; interpret results and provide recommendations.
• Assist with inbound and outbound partner requests while performing authorized adjustments.
• Prioritize and manage workload to fulfill service and productivity SLAs.
• Stay informed about internal and industry regulations, trends, emerging issues, and associated risks.
• Aid in the development and implementation of standards, policies, procedures, and risk-mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to presentations and communications intended for management or wider audiences.
• Identify and manage risks while addressing escalated non-standard, high-risk issues.
• Support change management initiatives and document new processes accordingly.
• Lead and engage in process improvement efforts, determining solutions that foster business growth.
• Collaborate as a team member, promoting service excellence, quality, innovation, and teamwork.
• Enhance operational knowledge, sharing insights and transferring expertise across teams and partners.
• Offer training, coaching, and guidance to team members.
• Engage in performance management, development, and cross-training activities.
• Communicate relevant issues, project updates, and daily information effectively.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for TD both internally and externally.
• Preferred undergraduate degree or college diploma and/or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Advanced skills and knowledge across a variety of products, services, processes, procedures, and systems.
• Strong understanding of the business unit and operational functions for the supported business area.
• Familiarity with regulatory issues and requirements pertaining to supported jurisdictions.
• Awareness of internal and industry regulations and trends.
• Capability to operate within moderately defined guidelines across multiple steps, systems, and jurisdictions.
• Proficiency in exercising judgement when recommending exceptions to general practices or guidelines.
• Competence in identifying and resolving issues within authority or escalating them internally as needed.
• Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
• Capacity to support change management projects or programs effectively.
• Ability to provide training, coaching, and/or guidance to others.
