This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in the delivery and advancement of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award across Licensed Organisations, including educational institutions, local authorities, charities, and youth groups.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and DofE staff to ensure young individuals have access to a premium DofE programme.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with Licensed Organisations.
• Offer daily support, guidance, and training to DofE staff and volunteers.
• Create and execute strategies to aid organisations in enhancing their DofE offerings.
• Monitor performance, participation, and objectives using DofE systems and reporting tools.
• Conduct licence evaluations and assist in the licensing of new organisations.
• Promote increased participation among young people facing marginalisation.
• Attend and conduct meetings, training sessions, and presentations both online and in-person.
• Support the planning and execution of regional and national DofE events.
• Contribute to organisation-wide initiatives and working groups.
• Assist in funding applications and project reporting.
• Aid in the implementation of the DofE Strategy and the England Business Plan.
• Proven experience in building strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in delivering meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to analyse data and leverage information for decision-making.
• Competent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Residing within or near the Central London portfolio area.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the portfolio.
• Flexibility to work occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Readiness to undertake occasional overnight stays for meetings and events.
• Enhanced DBS check, including references covering any gaps in employment or education.
