Operations Manager, Property Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties available on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop, publish, and refine property listings, including visuals, descriptions, and search engine optimization.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to maximize income potential.

• Handle bookings and foster positive guest relationships.

• Manage communication, check-in processes, and conflict resolution.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams in between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing property management.

• Oversee operations utilizing the ALB platform.

• Optionally recruit City Managers through a referral system and earn commissions based on their performance.

• Capability to persuade property owners and cultivate trust.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or a related field.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Aspiration to establish a sustainable, long-term income stream.

• Must be self-employed.
