Escrow Servicing Operations Specialist – Tax

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute escrow servicing tasks throughout the entire loan lifecycle, from loan acquisition to ongoing servicing and servicing transitions.

• Oversee service delivery, productivity, and quality standards for tax processes and tax service providers.

• Accurately and promptly process escrow-related documents and disbursements.

• Conduct general maintenance of escrow accounts.

• Investigate and respond to internal customer inquiries and requests.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, investor, and state mandates.

• Manage and monitor departmental reporting obligations and workflows.

• Carry out basic mathematical computations related to escrow servicing.

• Keep precise records of escrow disbursements.

• Perform quality checks, tax document evaluations, and verify information from tax assessors and other sources.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a mortgage setting, ideally in Mortgage Loan Servicing.

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Highly organized.

• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
